Four Training Calls

The RCI Telephone Training Program is usually delivered via 4 60-90-minute conference calls. Your reps can be gathered together in
a conference room (preferred) or can call into a conference line (or both). The first 3 calls are usually scheduled 1-2 weeks apart (depending on schedules). During these first 3 calls, the basic
training of the program is accomplished. The 4 th call – scheduled about 4 weeks after the 3 rd call – is a coaching call designed to teach from successes as well as answer questions and coach your reps through their challenges.
