Cancellations / Reschedules / Refunds / Substitutions:

We will accept cancellations received via phone, fax, or email on or before March 9th, 2012. You will receive a full refund less a $75 processing fee.

If you need to cancel after March 9th, 2012, you will receive a 50% refund and 50% credit toward a future Client Acquisition Boot Camp™ or any of our learning tools (books and CDs).

If you cancel after March 16th, 2012, no refund will be issued.

Substitutions will be considered by calling us at 800.488.5464.
