Individual Coaching -
2 Options
In addition to the structured program - tailored to your practice and your goals - your coach is available to you as needed, e.g., preparing to meet with a client, debriefing after a client meeting, brainstorming referral situations, whatever it takes to help you become successful with referrals. It’s like walking the golf course with your pro next to you every step along the way.
All your calls will be 1:1 with your coach. In this way, the program will be completely focused on your practice, your personality, and your goals. One or more of your staff members can attend the calls, if you like, to take notes and learn how they can support you in your referral efforts.
The Short Program - $2,400
10-12 one-on-one coaching calls that will vary in length. The frequency and length of your coaching calls is dependent upon the program you co-create with your coach. (A total of 4 hours of focused, efficient coaching.)
What occurs during the coaching calls?
- Ensuring full understanding of the system.
- Customizing the system to your practice.
- Brainstorming upcoming scenarios.
- Skills practice.
- Recording the calls for future references.
- "Coach on Call" Role play and/or strategize just before a meeting and debrief right after it.
Perfect learning methodology.
- Learning the system with the CDs and other support materials.
This isn’t about your coach pounding you for an hour about what you didn’t do. It’s also not a lecture. It’s a dynamic discussion with your coach. Your coach is there to help you succeed, not make you feel like you’ve failed.
Once the coaching program is complete, you will be automatically enrolled in The Referral Fast Start Reinforcement Program®. This consists of 8 special reinforcement lessons over 16 weeks from Bill Cates - to keep your focus on the behavior that will continue to produce results for you.
The Long Program - $3,700
The long program will assure solid habits are in place long after your coaching sessions ends. This long program includes everything in the short program, with 3 more hours added to your "bank of coaching hours."
Small Team or Group Coaching* - BASE PRICE for 1st Person ($2,400/$3,700 based on length of program), plus $495 for each additional person (up to 6 total)
*To qualify for our Small Team Coaching Program, you must be part of a group of advisors that is either a production team or has some type of close affinity, such as all working in the same office, part of the same study group, and/or have known each other prior to the coaching experience.
All program options may be split into monthly payments.
