Program Curriculum
Below is the approximate coaching program curriculum.
Since this program is highly tailored to your situation, this is only a rough idea of how the program will run. Your coach will make sure you get everything you need out of the program. In some cases, the topics expand past referrals into client service and practice management issues. You’ll find this experience to be very rewarding and results producing.
Pre-work
Assessment of confidence and effectiveness; review of Ideal Client Profile and referral goals – program and long-term.
Call #1
This is a 60-90 minute call to discuss your pre-work: confidence, goals, expectations, commitment and barriers to mastering a referral based business and anything to help you get ready for and maximize the coaching. You will also be introduced to RCI’s web-based Referral Score Board™ system to measure your referral behavior and results.
